English human machine, multi-group imported optic-sensor will support the servo to send the cards. Imported high precision robot hand to convey the IC module to implant directly, high speed and high precision, work stable.
It is suitable for chips implanting of standard SIM card(25*15mm)
Working Process
Take the Sim-only card and the special card box to the enter-card place of the implanting machine, the machine will separate the cards in the card box and pull them to the convey belt, then the convey belt transport the cards to each working station for chip implanting,spot/hot welding, and the chip ATR detecting etc., at last, collect to the card box. Will exchange automatically when no card in the entering box or full card in the out card box.
