Features

This machine is a card making equipment with high precision and high output and it is made up of PLC control system and mechanical hydraulic system. It incorporate with hot and cold pressure, it is available for the laminating of all kinds of card making sheet material (especially for the non-contract IC card, ID card including INLAY)
1、Laminating method：using single cylinder jacks up so as to maintain balance automatically，controling double pumps cooperating with import pressure module by frequency conversion，multi-level pressure，with equality and invariableness pressure and high precision
1、Heating method：use heater to heat up and the temperature can be controlled in many sections，the parameter of every section can be set.
2、Temperature control method: the PLC work with the temperature control module to realize the invariableness control for the temperature basis the parameter set in every section.
3、Cooling method：cooled by frost water cycle disposed by chiller(the frequency of the stream amount can be controlled)，saving energy and with good effect.
4、hot-pressed vacuum system can be added as the clients need to ensure the good laminating effect
5、a attached material feeding machine can be added as the clients need to ensure the high material feeding efficiency
6、Use Imported aluminium laminating board, alloy, the transfer of heat is more balanced.
