This machine LWACS2000 is automatically controlled by PLC program and integrated with motion control & visual inspection, wide LCD screen display, on line card inspection. Automatic card feeding,double sided turnover inspection,high speed card reject and card collect automatically. It is suitable for all standard card appearance inspection.

1：Card feeding / sending：make pile up cards high speed apart and sending to card inspection line immediately. We also equipped with continuous card feeding unit.。

2：Inspection：Card inspection system is modularization, flexible and changeable. According to different inspect requirements, equipped with visual inspection module respectively to meet to all inspection needs. 

3：High speed turn over：it can check card reverse side appearance.

4：Reject： bad card reject function can be system setting.
