LWAMIC6000 is controlled by PLC program and it is operated and displayed by large LCD. Servo system drives special made belt automatically sends card and mills slot, parameters are adjustable which ensures the card conveying fast and stable.
It is suitable for milling and processing IC card on raw card.
1、It incorporates card conveying, slot milling, slot cleaning, scrap collecting. Belt conveying structure ensures card sending faster and more stable.
2、Double card conveying system enabling two cards milled at the same time which guarantee the high efficiency of the machine.
3、Professional design for milling tongs and accurate positioning enabling high precision of slot milling.
4、Three-shaft positioning control system drive servo motor to mill cards, the parameter of each shaft can be adjusted respectively,the milling precision can’t be effected by the diameter tolerance of the milling cutter, with flexible slot pattern
5、Matching it with testing function,(if it is double card or card direction is wrong or card is penatrated alert automatically and stop)
6、High speed PLC program controls automatic running, operating rate is faster and if anything is error machine will alert and stop.
