LWSPM100  is controlled by PLC, operate on human-friendly English and Chinese touch  screen, incorporating feeding automatic, position, output material. It is  suitable for the screen printing on all kinds card material, such as PET,  ABS, PETG etc.

1．The  feeding and suck material structure can be adjusted flexible as per different  sheet(3X8、4X8、5X5)；
 2．Vacuum transport belt, running stable and no need many  pressure rollers, can protect the printing pattern；
 3．Location by special air suction plate, can adjust the  adsorptive power as per different sheets, to ensure the precision of location  and overprinting；
 4．Transportation location by precision servo module + Optical  fiber, with fast speed and high precision；
 5．The printing speed, pressure, and sheet distance can be  adjusted freely as per the material, printing pattern；
 6．With the synchronous off grid structure, can solve the paste  version during printing;
 7．Output material automatically by precision servo+ pneumatic  robot hand, fast and stable.
