Working principle:
Connected with tube in tube sterilizer directly.
Products to be filled into aseptic bags (flexible) which insulate sunshine and oxygen and are kept in boxes or bulk drum for long transport.
Temp adjusting system automatically controls the temperature in the filling chamber.
Sterilize the cap & spout of the bag and the filling chamber by means of steam spraying.
Put the bag into the two clamps by hand.
Sterilize the cap by steam, open the cap, fill and seal in the aseptic filling chamber and the whole operation is automatic and controlled by computer.
Filling volume controlled by the underlying electronic balance.
Convey the end product by stainless steel roller.

Easily adjustable with simple change parts according to the aseptic bag volume and size.
When shifting the aseptic bag or some thing wrong with the filler, the product will be auto backtracked into the buffer tank before the UHT sterilizer.
Automatically print the black and white label and other data the customer specified such as the filling date, filling time, filling weight, product code or others. (Optional, American Zebra Strip, Model: S4M)
Automatic drum loading and discharging roller for 4 drums filling raises the higher efficiency (optional)
